Hectic yet wonderful.

Today, its really been a tiring but wonderful day. Its been about 1 month since i had a chance to wear my chef jacket! We learnt making an asian dessert called, "Ondeh-Ondeh." 
As for the evening, I became commi for Term 6 senior. We did Cream of Cauliflower for starter, follow up by lamb rib for main course, & Choux pastry for dessert.
It was really hectic as it was 1 of the 1st few times that my senior did a 3 meal course. He hasn't gotten used to it yet. In other words, we lacked out in the time management in our plannings. Overall, total was a wonderful day...!
